Additionally, every time you take damage you have 30% chance to spawn 3 coins, hearts, bombs, keys or batteries.
Upon taking it, gives -0.3 to damage, speed and luck stats. (Possible enemies include: Gaper, Maggot, Maw, Brain, Big Spider) This is similar to a challenge room but it’s only a single wave and does not grant an item charge on completion. When activated, the doors will close and 4 to 8 enemies and a random chest will spawn in the room. (If there aren’t any heart containers he will simply gain a soul heart) Isaac’s tears are bright orange/yellow and he gains +2.5 damage and 25% tear size increase but loses -0.25 shot speed and one of his heart containers gets converted into a soul heart.
